Zoë is an experienced Quality Improvement professional with a strong background in leading compliance and quality assurance efforts across healthcare and crisis response environments. She brings proven expertise in designing and executing quality improvement programs, guiding cross-functional teams, and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards. Zoë excels at using data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategy, enhance outcomes, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

As the adult child of a recovering alcoholic, Zoë feels a personal connection to Hygea’s mission of delivering evidence-based addiction treatment and mental health support. She takes pride in contributing to an organization that values innovation and personalized care, empowering individuals and families on their path to healing.

Beyond her professional life, Zoë enjoys hiking with her two dogs, Moose and Buck, practicing yoga, and baking for loved ones. Her favorite way to relax is escaping to the beach with her husband and son—soaking up sunshine and recharging by the sea.
