BIO

Stacy is passionate about disrupting the status quo of Substance Use Disorder treatment, a field
that has long struggled with measurable outcomes and clear definitions of success. She finds
immense reward in integrating technology with treatment, which allows for the quantification of
outcomes while enhancing the patient experience. This innovative approach is at the heart of
Stacy's dedication to improving care for those in need.

Stacy states that the most rewarding aspect of her role is developing teams and systems that
encourage staff to push beyond their comfort zones. She cherishes her interactions with
patients and takes great joy in watching individuals grow and achieve their potential. Her
leadership style fosters an environment where both staff and patients can thrive.
Stacy's educational background is extensive and impressive. She holds a Bachelor of Science
in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Towson University, as well as an MBA in
Healthcare Administration from the University of Baltimore. Her professional qualifications
include:

  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland
  • Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in Maryland
  • Maryland Board Approved Supervisor for LGPC, LGADC, CAC-AD, CSC-AD
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Delaware and Washington State
  • Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) through NAADAC
  • Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) through NBCC
  • Certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) from Evergreen

Stacy is an active member of several professional organizations, including NAADAC, LCPCM,
ACA, APA, ASAM, and AMHCA. Her involvement in these associations reflects her commitment
to staying at the forefront of her field and continually enhancing her expertise.

Outside of work, Stacy is the Program Coordinator for the PHWM U10 Boys Soccer program
and has been coaching her son's soccer team since he started playing. She coaches three
seasons a year: fall outdoor, winter indoor, and spring outdoor. Stacy enjoys spending time with
her family outdoors, playing soccer, and running.
