As the Director of Food Services at Hygea Healthcare, Eric and his culinary team ensure all culinary operations meet the highest standards of nutrition, safety, and flavor. He is responsible for menu development, kitchen management, and leading a dedicated dietary team focused on supporting the health and well-being of residents.
With over a decade of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, Eric possesses a deep understanding of kitchen operations. Prior to joining Hygea, he held key leadership roles, including Dining Services Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living and Kitchen Manager at the Community Assistance Network. His background spans fine dining, high-volume production, and specialized senior living environments.
Eric believes that food is a fundamental pillar of the recovery and healing process.
