He is responsible for menu development, kitchen management, and leading a dedicated dietary team focused on supporting the health and well-being of residents.
With over a decade of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, Eric possesses a deep understanding of kitchen operations. Prior to joining Hygea, he held key leadership roles, including Dining Services Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living and Kitchen Manager at the Community Assistance Network. His background spans fine dining, high-volume production, and specialized senior living environments.
