Jodie Lambdin, CSC-AD
BIO
Jodie is a dedicated mental health and substance use counselor who believes that people are not defined by their worst moments. Her work is rooted in the idea that meaningful change begins when individuals feel genuinely heard, supported, and free from judgment. She strives to show up for her clients with consistency, authenticity, and compassion—recognizing that recovery is challenging enough without having to face it alone.
Jodie is especially passionate about meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward greater stability, accountability, and a life that feels more manageable and meaningful. She finds the most fulfillment in witnessing the small but powerful shifts that happen over time—when someone begins to trust themselves again, regulate their responses to stress, and move away from old patterns.
To Jodie, success in recovery goes beyond abstinence. It’s reflected in a person feeling more grounded, thinking more clearly, making safer choices, and showing up more consistently in their life. She values helping clients build resilience, so they can face setbacks without losing hope or giving up on themselves.
Jodie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is currently a Certified Supervised Counselor–Alcohol and Drug (CSC-AD) and is working toward licensure as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC). Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including ASAM criteria, and guided by a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective. She is committed to ongoing learning and professional growth in the field.
Outside of her professional role, Jodie prioritizes staying grounded through time with her three-year-old son, Griffin, who brings joy and perspective to her daily life. She also enjoys spending time with her two dogs and her parents, whose support plays an important role in her well-being. Whether trying new foods or stepping out of her routine, Jodie values staying present and connected to the people and moments that matter most.
